Building Program Capacity to Support Youth at Risk of Homelessness (YARH): Phases I-III
The Children’s Bureau started a multiphase grant program—Youth at Risk of Homelessness (YARH)--in 2013 to build evidence on what works in preventing homelessness among youth and young adults with previous involvement with the child welfare system. Mathematica supported communities in designing and implementing a comprehensive service model.
